ROLE: Marketing / Campaign Manager FTC
We are recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our client team working directly within their B2C Performance team on a range of multi-channel campaigns and projects
LOCATION: We have a hybrid working experience that blends the positives of working alongside colleagues at our onsite locations together with working from home. That means youll work at an onsite location on fixed anchor days of the week for a minimum of three days a this role we would like the candidate to work in our Canary Wharf office.

THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF...yourea highly collaborative self-starter whos used tojuggling multiple projects in a busyenvironment andskilled at running projects efficiently from end to communicationand organisationalskillswork well within a teamandhaveclient-sideexperienceacross a range of paid and owned performance marketing channels including videodisplay social radio pressemailand FS experience(if not in telecoms utilities or other comparable industries)andbeskilled atmanaging high numbers ofseniorstakeholderswithin regulated environments.
ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING:Youll work collaboratively with key stakeholders from across the UK as part of the UKRetail Bankingperformance marketing team.Youllbeaiming todrive commercial growth customer engagement and transformational digital channel development leading the execution of best-in-class creative and contact strategies across a range of (mostly paid) digital and direct channels.
As part of your roleyoullbe:
- Creating and producing brilliantly effective campaigns that differentiate from their competitors through superior targeting communication strategy tech innovation & creative quality
- Workingcollaboratively with the wider Marketing Centre of Excellenceto ensurecommunications are on product message customer focused developed in line with brand guidelinesaligned to brand values adhere toregulatory requirements and developed in line with relevant governance frameworks
- Effectively managingbudgetsto maximise return on investment and drive commercial performance as measured by solutions growth and cost per acquisition
- Keepingyourcampaigns on timeand to planregardless of the curved balls that you might experience along the way
- Workingcollaboratively with business stakeholders to develop clear roadmaps and testing designs
- Managing relationships with UK Digital Product & Marketing teams as well as various external agency partners.
- Leadingthe campaign delivery lifecycle from ideation/discovery through planning & prioritization to solution design and in-channel execution
- Reporting on campaign performance and testing outcomes
- Genuinely collaborative inside and outsidetheteam to help make the Performance Marketing teama great placeto work
- Fosteringstrong and meaningful relationships with key stakeholdersbymaintaininga regular dialogue withthem andkeepingthem informed on all key milestones and outcomeswithclear recommendations to drive performance any issues ina timelyand rational manner ensuring the highest standards of control & governance
- Aself-starter able to bring proactive opportunities and solutions to key stakeholders as opposed to waiting for direction
- Able to shareexperiencefroma customer-driven organisation with a customer first mindset
- Able to takeownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work you do
- Ensuringhigh levelsof accuracy across all comms and ensuring that QA is never compromised

The person we are looking for in this role will be someone who candemonstrateand evidence:
- Extensive Digital Marketing experience particularly across paid media channelsand an understanding ofbest practice of using these channels individually and as abroader media to enddelivery fromplanning scheduling & prioritisingtocustomer targeting channel management effective promotion of products and services personalisationimplementationand governance.
- The ability tohitobjectivesand deadlines plan well and deliver to that plan
- The resilience to face intochallengeand change looking forfeedback and insight from everything around them
- A track recordof delivering results in competitive markets; prioritising opportunities and activity to have the greatest commercial impact.
