The Service - KU Goulburn Preschool

KU Goulburn Preschool is proudly assessed by NSW Department of Education as Exceeding the National Quality Standard. The service is based on high quality early childhood education and care for children aged 3 - 5 years with a strong transition to school curriculum and run by university qualified teachers.

Our beautiful outdoor area is a standout feature thoughtfully and purposefully designed to inspire and promote curiosity creativity and a love of nature. Open from Monday to Friday from 8am - 3.30pm during NSW School terms. We provide a balanced and enriching early childhood program that encourages meaningful learning relationships exploration and growth.

The Role:

At KU Goulburn Preschool we value professionalism collaboration and respectful relationships with children colleagues and families. We are looking for casual educators who demonstrates KU values integrity and takes pride in the work and is committed at heart to be part of childrens early years.

We are currently seeking passionate and qualified Certificate III and Diploma educators who are eager to join our KU Casual team to directly contribute to our established and thriving KU Goulburn Preschool.

As a Casual Educatorwith KU Childrens Servicesyou will:

  • Experience working in early childhood settings
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both children and families
  • Committed and passionate about providing high-quality play-based education and care
  • Support permanent educators in creating safe engaging and nurturing environments
  • Enjoy flexible working arrangements to fit your lifestyle.

Of course you will need:

  • Current NSW Employee Working with Children Check
  • Recognised Certificate III qualificationor Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Careor equivalent as approved by ACECQA
  • Completed training in Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children
  • Experiences in Early Childhood Education settings
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Ability to provide 2 professional Childcare References.
