We are looking for a capable and driven Afternoon Shift Team Leader to lead our production teams and ensure we continue to deliver quality products to our customers on time every time.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing afternoon shift operations across all four departments ensuring performance quality and team capability continue to improve.
This is a full-time afternoon shift position (1:30pm 10:00pm) located in our Tauranga facility.
Your Role
- Lead and coordinate all afternoon shift activities across four departments
- Ensure DIFOTIS (Delivery In Full On Time In Spec) targets are consistently achieved
- Support train and develop team members to build capability and improve skill levels
- Ensure strong communication and handover with the day shift so shifts are set up for success
- Monitor workflow productivity and quality to meet Trimax standards
- Identify and coordinate required maintenance to keep equipment operating effectively
- Promote a safe organised and high-performing work environment
About You
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A practical hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to lead by example and build a positive team culture
- Commitment to quality safety and getting the job done right.
