Description

Bring the energy as a Casino Bartender delivering fast flawless service in a fun and high-energy environment. Youll mix drinks with precision keep the bar running smoothly and create an exciting guest experience every shift. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and love great vibes this role is for you!

Responsibilities

Creates and ensures a fun-filled and exciting environment where the execution of Fast and Flawless guest service is paramount.
Stock bar mix and prepare drink orders for guests as well as servers in a fast and professional manner.
Exhibits friendly and positive work attitude at all times.
Ensuring food products are of high standards in freshness and appearance replenishes if needed.
Follow proper procedures in food sanitation.
Store and maintain all equipment in proper fashion.
Operate the cash register according to cash handling guidelines.
Respond to guests requests and questions.
Maintain clean working bars in accordance with Health Department standards.
Follow safety rules and keep work area clean and orderly.
Other duties as assigned.
Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrahs and encourages others to do the same.
Adheres to all regulatory company and departmental policies and procedures

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older
Proficient in English verbal and written
Proficient with iOS devices
Must be flexible in schedule to include over-nights holidays and weekends.
Requires knowledge of operating a point of sale system and maintaining inventories.
Neat and clean appearance.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Position requires 10% standing 90% walking.
Requires very frequent lifting bending pushing twisting kneeling climbing stooping and reaching overhead.
Must be able to work in areas containing secondary smoke.
Must be able to respond to touch speech smell aural and visual cues.
Must be able to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 10 (ten) hours in length.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment involving constant internal and external customer contact.

Compensation & Benefits:

$11.00 per hour.
