Job Description
As a Security Officer - Full Time - Overnights in Franklin Park IL you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic food and beverage location where you will help manage access control monitor entry points and support daily operations through professional communication and strong attention to this role you will remain visible conduct routine patrols and provide outstanding customer service while contributing to a caring culture built on teamwork reliability innovation and integrity.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees visitors and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures access control protocols and/or emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
- Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials and/or visitor authorization and document arrivals departures and deliveries in accordance with site policies.
- Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location including production-adjacent areas parking areas and perimeter points with attention to security-related concerns and unusual activity.
- Support screening and inspection processes for visitors contractors and/or vehicles as directed by site procedures and report policy violations or suspicious behavior.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
