Outside Sales Representative A Quality Facility Services
Location: Detroit MI Full-Time MondayFriday 8 AM5 PM
AQFS is growing fast and looking for a driven Outside Sales Rep to join our Executive Sales Team. This is a salaried position with strong earning potentialperfect for someone who loves winning new business and building lasting client relationships.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salaried position with bonuses (avg. $20000)
Commission potential up to $100000 annually when goals are met
Total potential earnings: $190000 / year

What Youll Do:
Drive new business in healthcare hospitality offices industrial and education
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Partner with operations to prepare estimates and proposals
Represent AQFS at networking events and industry gatherings
Own your sales goals and results
What Were Looking For:
5 years sales experience in janitorial or related industries (HVAC landscaping paving building services etc.) preferred
Proven track record of closing deals
Self-driven goal-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Estimating experience is a plus but not required
