Role Title: Business Analyst

Private Banking Data & Technology

Exp: 8-12 yrs

Role Purpose Bridge business and technology teams by defining requirements data flows and user journeys for data-driven and digital initiatives within Private Banking.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business functional and data requirements
Translate wealth management needs into user stories and technical specifications
Define and map data flows across core banking systems (e.g. Avaloq) data platforms and digital channels
Support design of client journeys (onboarding portfolio management transactions)
Collaborate with engineering teams on solution design and delivery
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across business and technology
Support UAT testing and implementation activities
Strong understanding of Private Banking / Wealth Management processes
Familiarity with core banking platforms such as Avaloq and associated data models
Experience mapping end-to-end data lineage across systems

Skills & Experience Strong BA capabilities (requirements gathering stakeholder management) Agile delivery (JIRA Confluence user stories) Data analysis and mapping
