Job Summary
Are you passionate about shaping the future of digital financial services while upholding the highest standards of security and customer trust We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer with a genuine enthusiasm for quality and emerging this role you will leverage the latest technology trends to drive automation and enhance process efficiencies. Aligned with our Mobile First strategy you will take ownership of testing across multiple platformsincluding mobile web mobile apps and desktop browserswhile continuously improving testing processes through innovative automation solutions..
We drive end-to-end quality assurance across Amazon Pays lending portfolioencompassing Amazon Pay Later Amazon Pay CBCC Card and Credit Card Installmentswhile also safeguarding the Amazon Pay products against Fraud & Abuse.
In this role you will:
- Be responsible for manual and automated testing of features across various platforms including web and mobile.
- Own the planning development and execution of test plans and test cases.
- Review user interfaces for conformity and functionality.
- Help develop improve and employ testing strategies and techniques.
- Find isolate document regress and track bugs through resolution.
- Interpret and report testing results and be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process.
- Work with Software Development Engineers (SDE) to understand the overall technical architecture and how each feature is implemented.
Basic Qualifications
- 4 years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium
- Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality
