The lively and inspiringSignia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is searching for a talented Cook lto join their team atHarvest Bistro!
This resort holds 1000 stunning rooms offering multiple food and beverage options to our guests featuring artfully crafted cuisine from scratch delivering an unforgettable experience and elevated experience.
Harvest Bistrooffers a casual dining environment featuring simply prepared American classics for breakfast lunch and dishes are made with the finest farm-fresh ingredients and prepared with meticulous detail.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a line cook with demonstrated success in high-volume kitchen environments. Prior breakfast experience is required. Experience in hotel kitchens is a plus. The candidate must also be flexible and collaborative with the ability to support other outlets as operational needs arise.
Shift Pattern:AM availability is needed including weekdays weekends and holidays
Pay Rate: $24.74 per hour

What will I be doing
As a Cook I you would be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
- Manage guest orders in a friendly timely and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and all food products
- Stock and maintain designated food station(s)
- Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
- Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal state local and company regulations
- Prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed
