The Opportunity

This role provides general support to the Compliance team to help achieve departmental objectives and ensure adherence to applicable local regulatory requirements.

Your New Role

• Provide daytoday support to the Compliance team in carrying out compliance activities.
• Ensure all compliance processes are properly documented in a standardised format and kept up to date and accessible.
• Support the maintenance of training and knowledge materials including awareness of local regulatory updates and internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining effective communication and coordination between the Compliance team and relevant business units.
• Escalate compliancerelated incidents and issues in accordance with internal procedures and assist with followup actions where required.
• Support the investigation and resolution of compliance matters under supervision.
• Assist in responding to queries or followup matters from regulators.
• Participate in adhoc compliance projects reviews or investigations as assigned.

About You

• Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 1-2 year of relevant compliance experience.
• Strong attention to detail with good skills in process documentation and recordkeeping.
• Analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Academic background in Compliance Law Insurance or related disciplines is preferred.
