General Summary:
The Server is responsible for setting dining room tables delivering prepped food plates to residents in the dining room bussing tables assisting with washing the dining/kitchenware in compliance with applicable food and sanitation codes. All responsibilities will be conducted in a manner that is consistent with the philosophy of assisted living.
Essential Functions:
- Preps continental breakfast and makes coffee.
- Properly sets dining room tables for continental breakfast noon and evening meals.
- Assists with food prep if necessary such as salads vegetables cheese etc.
- Delivers entrée salads desserts and beverages to resident tables. Assisting with refills of beverages and/or extra servings.
- Assists with delivering meals to resident apartments if necessary.
- Bus tables at the conclusion of each seating. Properly set dining room tables.
- Washes dries and restocks pots pans plates glasses and silverware according to proper methods of sanitation.
- Assists in cleaning all kitchen surfaces and equipment according to the posted cleaning schedule.
