Salary Range: $15.92 - 16.00 Hourly
Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment by following all sanitation procedures safety guidelines and proper use of equipment including dishwashing machinery and personal protective gear . Wash sanitize and properly store all dishes glassware silverware pots pans and utensils while ensuring
- Cleaning supplies are stocked and chemical dispensers are functioning correctly
- Support both kitchen and dining operations by removing trash clearing soiled dishes and transporting items efficiently between dining and dishwashing areas
- Provide friendly and attentive service to residents by taking orders learning names and preferences accommodating dietary needs and responding promptly to requests
- Set up and maintain dining areas by ensuring all service items (silverware napkins menus condiments) are clean stocked and ready for use
- Follow proper food handling practices and assist with the preparation and service of beverages salads desserts snacks and condiments

Qualifications :
- High school diploma preferred/GED accepted
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Competent in organizational time management skills
- Demonstrates good judgment problem solving and decision making skills
- Experience working with seniors
- Prior service and/or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must be able to operate in a fast paced environment
