We are currently seeking anEMEA Power & IT Systems Pricing Governance Specialistto join our dynamic team in Castel Guelfo (BO) Italy!

EMEA Power & IT Systems Pricing Governance Specialist is responsible for managing pricing operations and providing the processes tools methodology and guidelines that ensure a consistent pricing approach across the Business Unit. The role enables Product Managers with the necessary frameworks and instruments to make informed pricing decisions and owns SOX related pricing documentation and compliance activities.

What kind of work will you be doing

Pricing Process & Governance

  • Establish andmaintainthe pricing governance frameworkowingtheend to endpricing operations process for the Power and IT Systems BU-including monthly updates to the Pricing team-and ensuring SOX compliancecommunication.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for pricing matters across with Pricing and Customer Insight teams to stay alignedwithother pricing tools (e.g. Price Sentinel K2)influenceenhancements andmonitoremerginginsights relevant toBU.

Competitive Intelligence & Market Analysis

  • Providecompetitive pricing insights to support positioning decisions.
  • Maintain and further develop the Power BI webscraping tool used for competitive intelligence ensuring data accuracy structure and accessibility for Product Management teams.
  • Track market trends and their impact on pricing strategies.
  • Strengthen competitive intelligence capabilities by expanding andmaintainingall internal and external sources of pricing insights across Power & IT Systems.
  • Leverageadditionalinputs such as distributors price lists for IT Systems and continuouslycapturingcompetitive signals for Power (e.g. competitor quotationsSalesand Product Management feedback).
  • Consolidateall insights into a structured Competitive Intelligence engine that enables moreaccurateandtimelycompetitive positioning.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Support Leadership and Product Managers with visibility and insights derived from pricing and process performanceanalytics.
  • Track and analyze pricing andprocess relatedKPIs (e.g. win rate SPR volume and trends metrics by BU/PL) ensuring visibility onKPIs
  • Provideactionable insightsto supporttimelyand informed correctivedecisions

Best Practices & Culture Building

  • Drive initiatives to build a common pricing culture acrossProduct Management teams
  • Collectand sharetraining materials as well asbest practices for pricing management
  • Develop andmaintainguidelines for pricing processes as well asSPR/SPM guidelines

Experience &Qualifications

  • Experience in pricing sales analytics or related field
  • Knowledge of Power and IT Systems industry preferred
  • Familiarity with pricing software and tools
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes
