Job Overview: This position supports implementation of the 2025 Education Innovation and Research Grant in the Academic Outcomes and Instruction Unit through the design delivery analysis and evaluation of Montanas approved 2025 EIR Grant application.

The position supports the roll out and implementation of the EIR Grant initiatives including the Montana High-Impact Tutoring (M-HiT) program providing oversight of contracts for early-learning professional learning opportunities aligned to the science of reading the evaluation contracts and providing resources and community outreach opportunities regarding the grant activities for districts and families. Overseeing the budget and ensuring the grant processes are in alignment with the grant awards is also an element of this work.

Knowledge and experience in problem-solving risk management and strategic thinking abilities.

Knowledge and understanding of K-12 education and related policies and regulations.

Skill and proficiency in online tools such as Google Docs Outlook Excel etc.

Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience):

Bachelors degree in project management business or related field.

3 years grant management experience

Alternative combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
