Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an outpatient orthopedic setting. The ideal candidate will be experienced in treating musculoskeletal conditions and comfortable managing a high-volume patient caseload in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate (PT) and/or assist in treatment (PTA) of patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (PT)
- Assist with therapy interventions and patient care (PTA)
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care as appropriate
- Manage a daily caseload of 1214 patients
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with clinical team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Patient Population:
Required Qualifications:
- Active PT or PTA license
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
