Job Summary
Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for manufacturing quality and technical topics between plants and support functions
- Support Plant Managers and Plant Quality Managers in improving quality performance and results
- Lead and support improvement and costreduction initiatives at manufacturing sites
- Support investigations related to quality deviations product performance and customer expectations
- Coordinate test batches and the introduction of new or reformulated products
- Review and approve new formulas and major reformulations to enable successful commercialization
- Lead and support quality improvement projects and programs
- Implement and support qualityrelated IT systems within manufacturing operations
- Provide onsite training and support to plant quality teams
- Support product transfers and the integration of new or acquired manufacturing sites
