In this fast-paced customer-centric position youll be the central contact point for assessing and towing enquiries from customers internal claims teams repairers and suppliers. Youll coordinate workflow across motor assessing towing providers and customer interactions playing a vital role in keeping our motor assessment process on track meeting service levels and ensuring claims are finalised smoothly.

This role is a 6-month secondment.

What Youll Do

  • Manage and process customer reimbursements
  • Provide administrative and facilities support
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery
  • Support and liaise with the repairer network
  • Coordinate assessment bookings and ensure correct claim routing
  • Assist with assessment and towing queries from customers repairers and internal teams
  • Handle quote management and related administrative tasks
  • Coordinate post-assessment and repair activities for customers
  • Recommend improvements based on day-to-day role experience

What Youll Bring

  • Experience in Motor Claims or Claims (motor repair or towing coordination experience highly valued)
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Working knowledge of ClaimCenter and solid computer skills (MS Office Suite)
  • Strong multitasking and time-management capabilities
  • High attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
  • Sound customer and commercial judgement to positively influence business outcomes
