Senior Business Improvement Analyst

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Business Improvement Analyst to join our Government & Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in driving operational excellence across our contract portfolio through datadriven insights process optimisation and governance uplift. Reporting to the Analyst Team Lead youll help deliver highquality outcomes that support our essential services and enable sustainable performance for our clients and communities.

What Youll Do

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

• Analysing operational data and performance metrics to identify trends risks and opportunities for improvement across the portfolio.

• Leading continuous improvement initiatives that enhance governance standardisation compliance and delivery efficiency.

• Developing insights and recommendations that support sustainable financial performance and an improved customer experience.

• Partnering with operational finance and leadership teams to embed bestpractice frameworks and drive meaningful change.

• Designing maintaining and evolving Power BI dashboards and reporting frameworks to support informed decisionmaking.

What Youll Bring

• Proven experience in business improvement data analysis or reporting roles with a strong focus on outcomes and impact.

• Advanced capability in reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI and Excel with working knowledge of SQL or similar query languages.

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the confidence to translate complex data into clear practical insights.

• Collaborative stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and support teams through change.

• A positive growthoriented mindset and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement and shared success.
