Job Summary
The Product Mechanical Design Senior Manager will be based in Changi Singapore
This role will be accountable for guiding a team of Mechanical Engineers to ensure that cost quality and delivery targets are met.
What a typical day looks like:
Provides technical guidance to Mechanical Engineering & Design teams.
Oversees resources budgeting allocation review and approval.
Tracks projects and progress through regular reviews.
Assigns resources to projects based on requirements and budget.
Develops control systems and reports which accurately measure progress identifies potential technical problems and implements timely corrective actions to ensure that business goals are met.
Participates in product architecture and feasibility technical reviews.
Guides the development of product designs from proposal to delivery.
Provides technical assistance to customers Program Management and Sales team.
Implements appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
The experience were looking to add to our team:
Typically requires a bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
A Masters or MBA degree is preferred.
Typically requires 9 years of engineering experience including supervision.
