Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor inventory levels and plan for replenishment
Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) in Maximo
Follow up on stockout issues
Coordinate with procurement warehouse and engineering teams
Maintain inventory records in Maximo
Support inventory data preparation using Excel and Power BI
Support in disposal of obsolete inventory

Key Requirements:

Nitec or equivalent preferably in logistics supply chain or engineering
Relevant experience in inventory control supply / demand planning or logistics operations preferably for engineering spare parts
Proficient in Excel; Power BI knowledge is an advantage
Familiar with ERP systems such as Maximo or Oracle
Good communication and email writing skills
