We are seeking a forward-thinking Demand and Forecast Planner to lead our efforts in predictive analytics inventory optimization and strategic planning. This role is pivotal in aligning supply with dynamic market demand using advanced forecasting tools AI-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a forward-thinking Demand and Forecast Planner to lead our efforts in predictive analytics inventory optimization and strategic planning. This role is pivotal in aligning supply with dynamic market demand using advanced forecasting tools AI-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Analytics Statistics or related field (Masters preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.
5 years of experience in demand planning forecasting or supply chain analytics
Experience in the demand planning area - Advantage
Proficiency in forecasting tools and platforms (Excel SQL Python QLIK Tableau Power BI).
Experience in project management - Advantage
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with AI/ML forecasting models and Python and its associated libraries (e.g. Pandas NumPy Scikit-learn Statsmodels Prophet) is a plus

Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
