Job Summary

St. Bartholomew Catholic School is seeking a Full-Time Intervention Teacher to support students who need additional academic assistance in reading and/or math. The Intervention Teacher will work collaboratively with classroom teachers and administration to provide small-group and individualized instruction that helps students grow in confidence and achieve academic success.

Responsibilities

Provide targeted small-group or individualized academic interventions
Use assessment data to identify student needs and monitor progress
Collaborate with classroom teachers to support student learning
Maintain progress documentation and communicate with staff and administration

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Education
Valid Indiana teaching license (or ability to obtain one)
Experience working with diverse learners preferred
Commitment to the mission of Catholic education
