Job Summary
Job Description:

Prepare and modify architectural and interior design drawings using CAD/CAM AutoCAD Revit and other design tools.

Develop detailed designs for both architecture and interiors including space planning furniture layouts lighting concepts and finishes.

Design landscaping layouts and integrate green/open space elements into the master plans.

Provide 3D views and high-quality renders for interiors buildings and landscaping concepts using tools like SketchUp Lumion V-Ray or similar.

Coordinate with external architects consultants and vendors by sharing detailed requirements site measurements and design expectations.

Ensure that all drawings and models meet accuracy code compliance and aesthetic standards.

Participate in design reviews and client meetings by presenting conceptual designs and rendering walkthroughs.

Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure the execution aligns with design intent.

Conduct site visits to understand spatial constraints and validate design implementation on-ground.

Stay updated with latest design trends material innovations and technology in architecture and interiors.
