Roles and Responsibility :

Integration Development: Design and build complex Workday Studio integrations EIBs and Core Connectors (PECI PICOF) to sync data with global payroll providers.

Functional Configuration: Lead the end-to-end configuration of Workday Payroll Time Tracking and Absence Management modules including accrual rules and business processes.

Technical Artistry: Develop advanced XSLT XML and Transformations to manage data mapping between Workday and third-party systems.

Module Synchronization: Ensure seamless data flow between Time Tracking (entry) and Payroll (calculation) to maintain high accuracy in pay cycles.

Strategic SME: Act as the Subject Matter Expert for bi-annual Workday releases performing impact analysis on existing PTA (Payroll Time Absence) integrations.

Security & Compliance: Manage Domain Security Policies and Ensure SOX compliance for sensitive PII data across all integration touchpoints.

Production Support: Lead L3 support for critical payroll integration failures performing root-cause analysis on retro-pay and leave-entry discrepancies.

Advanced Reporting: Create complex Calculated Fields and Matrix/Composite reports to provide real-time visibility into workforce costs and absence trends.
