Job Summary

Job Title: .Net/SQL Server Programmer Developer

Duration (Contract): 3-12 Months

Client Location: Richmond VA 23219

Location Preference: Onsite

Job Description:
As a .Net/SQL Server Programmer Developer you will design develop and enhance web applications using technologies while collaborating with technical teams to deliver secure performant and maintainable solutions. You will apply strong programming and database skills to support application enhancements ensure code quality and contribute to clear documentation in a fast paced delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop maintain and enhance MVC Core applications.
Implement front end functionality using C# JavaScript jQuery HTML and modern web practices.
Design develop and optimize SQL Server databases queries and objects.
Troubleshoot debug and resolve application and data issues.
Participate in code reviews and apply best practices for performance and security.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver enhancements.
Produce clear technical documentation and maintain development artifacts.
Support Agile delivery activities and communicate progress effectively.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

5 years of hands on experience with C# technologies.
5 years of experience with HTML JavaScript and jQuery.
5 years of SQL Server database design and development experience.
Strong understanding of web design and development principles.
Experience developing and consuming web applications and services.
Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an onsite environment.
Familiarity with Agile development practices preferred.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
