Level 3 ICT Apprenticeship Detego Global
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team through an 18-month apprenticeship programme specialising in Information Communications. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and professional training while building a strong foundation for a career in technology.
Throughout the programme you will work alongside experienced professionals receive structured training and develop the practical skills needed to succeed in software testing and quality assurance. You will play a meaningful role in supporting the development of impactful software used globally by security and law enforcement agencies.
This apprenticeship offers a supportive environment where you can learn grow and make a real contribution. Upon successful completion there is the potential to secure a full-time position within your chosen specialisation.
Apprenticeship Summary:
- Salary:8 an hour
- Working Week:Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm (1 hour for lunch)
- Hours:37.5 hours per week
- Online apprenticeship training supported by our skilled tutors
- Level 3 Information Communications Apprenticeship standard qualification
- Location: Unit 3 Foundry Court Foundry Lane Horsham West Sussex RH13 5PY
Main Duties:
- Process and resolve IT support tickets
- Provide technical assistance to internal staff
- Learn about IT infrastructure systems administration and troubleshooting
- Support hardware and software installation and configuration
- Assist with user account management and access control
Skills and Experience
- Strong interest in technology software development or IT support
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new concepts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common software applications
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Enthusiasm and positive attitude toward learning and development
- Ability to manage time effectively and balance work with apprenticeship studies
- Eligibility to work in the UK and meet Inspire-ATA apprenticeship requirements
- Maths & English Grade 4/C or above or equivalent
- Level 3 IT qualification
