We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient orthopedic setting. This role is ideal for clinicians experienced in treating musculoskeletal conditions and comfortable working in a high-volume fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
Manage a daily caseload of 1214 patients
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure quality patient care

Patient Population:

Outpatient Orthopedic

Required Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
Outpatient experience preferred
Strong clinical communication and documentation skills
