Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient orthopedic setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing a high patient volume and delivering quality care for musculoskeletal conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Manage a daily caseload of 1214 patients
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Patient Population:
- Outpatient Orthopedic
Required Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
