We work in Boston and Lowell Massachusetts and Manchester New Hampshire.

Reports to: Regional Supervisor
Status: Non-Exempt Part Time
Overview:
The Case Aid assists the Community Services team in refugee resettlement and post-resettlement case management by performing critical data entry and record keeping functions. The position will be responsible for short- and long-term data tracking and file up-keeping. The Case Aid also assists with apartment set ups for arriving refugee clients. The objective of the program is to assist refugee and other ORR eligible clients in accessing services and employment opportunities and in becoming economically self-sufficient. This is a temporary position to last no longer than September 30 2026.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Community Services Manager and case specialists with their caseloads by inputting data into various databases such as Apricot and Excel spreadsheets.
- Maintain case notes and client folders in accordance with IINE guidelines and funder requirements; contribute to contract reports.
- Keep professional and accurate documentation using the centralized database including assessments client service plans and case notes.
- Conduct intakes and provide referrals to relevant health social housing educational and employment-related services.
- Coordinate client services to accomplish goals of individual and family self-sufficiency.
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings and periodic training sessions.
- Assist in setting up apartments for arriving clients.
- Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Associates degree in Human Services Counseling or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in data entry and administration.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with immigrant populations.
- Strong Excel skills required.
- Excellent organizational verbal written and interpersonal skills.
- Extremely well organized detail oriented flexible and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate must have dedication to the human rights of refugees immigrants and asylees.
Work Environment Conditions
- Occasional travel to IINE Offices
- Occasional travel to client homes and surrounding towns
- Seldomly night and weekends events and work
- Exposure to bright overhead office lighting use of office technology such as laptops printers mail machines and other in-office equipment.
Physical Demands
- Occasional lifting pushing and pulling materials (boxes equipment) of 50 pounds or more.
- Continuous sitting (or standing) at a desk for long periods of time.
- Occasional driving to and from IINE offices as needed.
