Job Summary
Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a creative and purpose-driven Life Enrichment Director to design and lead meaningful programs that enhance the daily lives of our residents.
In senior living life enrichment is more than activities its connection engagement and creating moments that matter. This leadership role is responsible for developing experiences that support residents physical emotional social and intellectual well-being.

What Youll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive life enrichment strategy aligned with resident interests and abilities
- Lead mentor and schedule life enrichment associates
- Plan and facilitate activities events outings and community partnerships
- Track participation satisfaction and engagement outcomes
- Manage department budget and resources responsibly
- Ensure programs comply with state regulations and company standards
- Partner with families to encourage involvement and connection
- Promote a person-centered approach to engagement
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Gerontology Recreational Therapy or related field preferred
- 2 years of leadership experience (senior living or healthcare preferred)
- Proven ability to design and implement engaging programming
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Working knowledge of state regulations related to life enrichment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software systems
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Genuine passion for improving the lives of senior adults
