Office Manager Mishawaka IN


Our clients business has an opening for a candidate who enjoys keeping operations organized and running efficiently within a professional services environment. This position is designed to support the day-to-day coordination of a small office that provides valuable and much appreciated services to its patients.


The schedule for this opportunity is full-time hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday and the starting pay rate will be set based on the experience level of the candidate selected. The role offers the chance to work in a setting where strong organization communication and administrative leadership help ensure the office runs smoothly each day.


This position is a great match for someone who enjoys overseeing office operations coordinating schedules and supporting both staff and leadership in a professional environment.


Job Duties:

  • Managing and coordinating office scheduling and calendars
  • Providing administrative and HR support functions as needed
  • Assisting with light bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping tasks
  • Overseeing day-to-day administrative functions and office workflow
  • Supporting staff and helping ensure operations remain organized and efficient
  • Its a match for a candidate who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a small office environment and who takes pride in helping a team stay organized and productive. Previous medical office experience is helpful but not required for consideration.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative office management or coordinator role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfort handling multiple responsibilities and shifting priorities
  • Solid computer proficiency and general office skills
  • Ability to understand and communicate (talk-read-hear) work instructions
