Job Description:
In this role you will play a key part in delivering highquality software solutions and supporting our customers technology needs. Youll work closely with Solution Architects stakeholders and a crossfunctional delivery team to design build and maintain robust systems across a diverse technology this role your responsibilities include:
Assist Solution Architects with design activities and contribute to technical discussions.
Attend customer meetings and workshops to understand requirements and provide technical insight.
Design develop and test software enhancements integrations APIs and system changes aligned with enterprise architecture and customer needs.
Provide thirdline support for live systems ensuring timely issue resolution within SLAs.
Lead the IT relationship for designated customers building a strong understanding of their goals priorities and workstreams.
Schedule and coordinate work across a matrixmanaged team including BAs Solution Architects Developers and QAs.
Drive delivery against agreed plans ensuring progress is tracked communicated and reported consistently.
Contribute to estimations and planning activities keeping Solution Architects Delivery Managers and senior stakeholders informed.
Maintain accurate documentation in Jira and Confluence following agreed working principles.
Mentor junior developers and support the ongoing capability development of the team.
