Responsibilities

You will be responsible for teaching preparing content and managing students in school environments following RED HOUSEs pedagogical plan:

Deliver engaging lessons aligned with Red Houses pedagogical approach and students individual needs
Monitor student learning progress and implement strategies to improve engagement and performance
Apply differentiated teaching strategies including support for students with learning challenges
Supervise and guide the Teaching Assistant (TA) in classroom routines adaptations and student support
Ensure student safety and well-being throughout all school activities
Maintain clear communication with coordination and families regarding student development
Prepare lesson plans student reports and required academic documentation within deadlines
Support classroom organization student portfolios and learning environment setup
Collaborate with the wider teaching team sharing relevant student information and best practices
Participate in academic meetings family conferences and professional development opportunities
Follow Red House policies and educational guidelines ensuring alignment with school standards

Prerequisites

Education: Degree in Pedagogy

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of classroom experience;
2 years experience as a head teacher of early childhood education (students from 1 to 3 years old);
Nursery experience;
Classroom management.

Languages: Proficiency in English
