Job Summary

Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute sub-acute aged care and community services.
Our Illoura Aged Care Facility is seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Workers to join our team.
In this role you will assist in delivering a high standard of care to our residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will support residents with their daily care needs including personal hygiene and contribute to a safe respectful and supportive environment across all clinical areas.

- Wangaratta has a population of approximately 30000 and our catchment serves a community of around 100 000 throughout the northeast.
