As a Consultant in our Indirect Tax team youll begin your career working alongside experienced tax professionals supporting clients with GST and Global Trade matters across NewZealand. This is an exciting opportunity to build strong technical foundations learn on the job and develop your career within EYs marketleading tax practice.
Youll receive structured training coaching and ongoing support as you grow your confidence and capability in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

- Support the delivery of GST and Global Trade work including compliance and advisory engagements
- Assist with our GST compliance portfolio and provide support with indirect tax advice and projects.
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver highquality outcomes for clients
- Learn and apply EY methodologies systems and technical knowledge

Ideally youll have the skills and attributes below but dont worry if you dont tick all the boxes. Were interested in your aptitude attitude and willingness to learn.
- A degree in accounting commerce law or a related discipline or working towards one
- An interest in GST and Global Trade with a willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
