What this role involves
As an internin ourAPACLiving Capital Markets teambasedin Singaporeyoullgain hands-on experience in one of the most dynamic and socially impactful sectors in real estate.Youllwork alongside senior professionals executing transactions across multifamily co-living student accommodation workers accommodation senior living and affordable housingasset classes that are reshaping how people live across Asia-Pacific.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the sale of operational living assets across multiple subsectors
Conducting industry and company research on operators investors and market trends
Assistingwith operator selection processes and preparing evaluation frameworks
Contributing to equity raising mandates by building investor target lists and preparing marketing materials
Supporting debt financing processes byanalyzinglender requirements and preparing information memoranda
Preparing transaction comparables and building financial models
Creating pitchbooks opportunity presentations and investment teasers
Leveraging professional research platforms like BloombergCapIQ and internal tools to accelerate deal execution
This role offers direct exposure to complex high-value transactions that require understanding both real estate fundamentals and operational business modelsmaking it ideal preparation for a career in real estate investment banking or principal investing.
Whatwerelooking for
Undergraduate student available for a full-time internship startingas soon as possible with flexibility for 3 to 6 months depending on your academic schedule and our project pipeline
Background in Finance Business Economics Real Estate or a related field
Strong analytical abilities with Excel and PowerPoint skills
Genuine interest in the living sectorsunderstanding how demographic shifts urbanization affordability challenges and changing lifestyle preferences are driving investment in purpose-built residential assets
Proactive detail-oriented and resourceful mindset
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience with financial databases like Bloomberg orCapIQis a plus though we value curiosity commercial awareness and work ethic above all
