For our organization we are looking for an energetic Sales Manager who sees commercial opportunities knows how to build relationships and gets energy from securing long-term projects within the certification industry.

In this role you are responsible for developing and expanding customers within a B2B environment with a strong focus on the IT sector.
You interact at different levels understand complex customer issues and know how to translate them into concrete solutions.
Together with your colleagues from sales and marketing you continuously work to strengthen our market position and achieve joint successes.

What are you going to do


Actively developing new business and expanding existing customer relationships
Supervising complex and often lengthy sales processes
Identifying opportunities in the market and translating them into commercial results
Collaborate intensively with sales and marketing colleagues to deliver powerful propositions

Experience in a commercial role within business services
Affinity with or experience in the certification industry (advantage)
Excellent communication and commercial skills
Perseverance: you remain motivated even if processes take longer
A proactive attitude and a strong drive to achieve results
Team spirit: you enjoy working together and contributing to a positive winning culture
Eagerness to learn and willingness to gain certifications and industry knowledge
