Business Analysis Specialist UKG WFM Pro

We are looking for an experienced Business Analysis Specialist to join our IT team and support workforce management solutions. This role will have a strong focus on UKG WFM Pro. You will report to the IT Manager HR IT and work at our General Office in Pittsburgh PA 3 days a week 2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support enhancements and projects related to UKG WFM Pro time and attendance service
• Manage ongoing support and system implementation
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with global payroll strategies and local payroll practices
• Support integrations using UKG integration tools and third-party solutions
• Track work intake testing and documentation (preferred: Azure DevOps)

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with:
  • UKG WFM Pro all aspects of this solution (Time and Attendance Scheduling Absence Management Analytics Mobile Access Integrations Cyclic updates etc.)
  • UKG integration tools (i.e.. Boomi)
  • UKG Analytics
• 5 years leading enhancements and projects end-to-end
• Proven ability to manage time and attendance tracking support and enhancements across multiple countries
• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps for work intake tracking and test script recording is preferred
• Boomi integration certification is a nice to have
• Fluent in spoken and written English
