Job Summary
A Utility Person Steakhouse isResponsible for overall cleaning of kitchen and Team member breakrooms
Responsible for the overall cleanliness of back of house areas. Duties include washing dishes including all kitchen smallwares and equipment. Sweeping and washing floors taking out trash. Assist with putting away inventory. Team member breakroom duties include stocking supplies washing counters. Other duties as assigned by management.
Responsibilities
Sweep and mop floors.
Segregate and remove trash and place it in designated containers when needed.
Wash worktables walls and refrigerators.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must be able to obtain & maintain an active Illinois Gaming License.
- Ability to be physically mobile and stand/walk during shifts.
- Requires bending and reaching from floor level to six feet high.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull up to 100 pounds.
- Excellent guest service and communication skills.
- Must be able to work in areas containing dust varying noise and temperature levels lighting vibrations crowds and air quality.
- Must always present a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Capacity to work well with others and handle stressful situations with ease.
- Possess effective learning skills.
- Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period
