Job Summary
What Youll Be Doing
As a Project Manager at ADT you will be pivotal in delivering intricate construction projects for our prestigious clients. Your responsibilities will include overseeing cost management project delivery health & safety and subcontractor coordination all while maintaining exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
You will collaborate closely with clients engineers and on-site teams to guarantee that projects are completed on schedule within budget and to the highest standards. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about leading a team towards success then this role is ideal for you!
How Youll Do It
Lead with confidence Provide clear guidance coaching and motivation to your on-site team.
Drive project success Manage schedules budgets and resources to ensure smooth project delivery.
Prioritize safety & efficiency Promote a culture of health & safety and ensure adherence to best practices.
Build strong relationships Collaborate closely with clients subcontractors and team members to foster teamwork.
Solve challenges proactively Tackle ambiguity with confidence and address issues in real-time.
What You Bring

Must-Haves:
Full UK driving license.
Experience managing teams in a customer-facing environment.
Strong communication & leadership skills.
Ability to handle challenges with confidence & professionalism.
A proactive mindset focused on teamwork & collaboration.
Experience within the Fire & Security Industry
Bonus if You Have:
Electrical background or experience with fire alarm/security system installations.
Experience managing subcontractors on large construction sites.
A commercial mindset with a strong emphasis on health & safety best practices.
The ability to enhance team productivity & efficiency.
