The Workplace Sentiment team helps bring S&P Globals culture and values to life through employee listening actionable insights culture-shaping initiatives and meaningful recognition of our people. We are a globally dispersed team that values ownership accountability collaboration and clear communication. Responsibilities and Impact
Support the planning and execution of employee listening initiatives including engagement surveys pulse surveys focus groups and other feedback activities.
Help coordinate survey timelines stakeholder communications reporting materials and follow-up actions.
Analyze employee feedback and program data to identify themes trends and opportunities for improvement.
Use digital and AI-enabled tools where appropriate to support data analysis summarize insights improve reporting efficiency and streamline team processes.
Prepare reports summaries and presentations that translate employee feedback into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Support the administration and continuous improvement of recognition and celebration programs that reinforce company values and enhance employee experience.
Partner with People Partners leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders to help embed employee voice into culture and engagement initiatives.
Maintain organized documentation trackers and project materials to support smooth execution of team priorities.
Ensure thoughtful and responsible handling of employee data maintaining confidentiality and supporting ethical use of AI and analytics in people-related processes.
What Were Looking For
Basic Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Organizational Development Business Administration Social Sciences or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in employee engagement HR people analytics internal communications research or a related area.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data and identify meaningful patterns or insights.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; comfort working with data reports and presentations.
Interest in using digital tools and AI-enabled solutions to improve analysis reporting and workflow efficiency.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor information for different audiences.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative global team environment.
Sound judgment in handling sensitive information with care and confidentiality.
Shift: 3PM-12AM
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Industrial Psychology Organizational Psychology or related field
Familiarity with survey or reporting tools such as Perceptyx Glint Culture Amp Workday Peakon.
Exposure to AI productivity tools analytics tools or automation platforms that support reporting content drafting summarization or process improvement.
Background in change management methodologies and organizational culture transformation initiatives
Experience working on projects that required coordination across multiple stakeholders or teams.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies including responsible applications of AI in HR and employee experience.
