Job Summary
About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Diploma in Engineering with atleast 8 years experience
- 5 years of relevant experience of AEVA PDMS/E3D Administration.
- 3 years of relevant experience of AVEVA Engineering.
- In-depth working knowledge of setup configuration and management of Aveva E3D and AVEVA Engineering including project Administration
- Fully proficient with management of Dabacon databases
- Knowledge of Engineering workflow in an EPC environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective oral and written communication skills required
- Experience with AVEVA Diagram P&ID Instrumentation Electrical etc. and integration with data flow between engineering application will be added advantage
Good to have:
- Knowledge of writing PML1/2/.net and C# programs and Visual
- Previous experience of Aveva Asset Information Management (AIM)
- Previous experience of AVEVA CAT/SPEC using Aveva ERM
- Previous experience of working in Aveva Unified Engineering

The Role
As an EDS Coordinator II with Worley you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
- AVEVA E3D and Aveva Engineering (AE) Administrator is responsible for project set up maintenance and support of the system. Administrator shall ensure the set-up configuration and deliverables are in line with organization/project/client standard
- Gain full understanding of the scope overall schedule deliverables milestones and coordination procedure.
- Understanding documenting and managing the functional requirements (business scope) for an AVEVA E3D and Aveva Engineering implementation
- Setup and management of new and existing engineering projects within Aveva E3D in standalone as well in workshare mode.
- E3D Administration setup archive workshare and replication.
- Troubleshooting E3D software issue and Providing user-support to project resources
- Application database maintenance activities.
- E3D Customization required for project deliverables Drawing ADP setup Isometric setup and MTO/Reports configuration
- Customize E3D catalog for Piping specifications Piping specialty Instruments Steel section library cable tray specs Pipe supports System (using MDS) etc.
- Understanding of configuration of Clash manager and provide ongoing support for Clash Resolution
Other Key Functions
- Utilize 3D model reporting to assist monitoring design quality and progress.
- Prepare Project specific job notes and provide application trainings for all the E3D and Aveva Engineering Modules.
- Setup of Aveva Engineering project and performing Aveva Engineering support tasks
- Performing project implementations including configurations for Enegineering lists ( Line list Equipment list etC) datasheets IPDS (instrument Process datasheet) Reports and Integration Gateways
- Suggesting how to improve Aveva E3D and Aveva Engineering or optimize implementations
- Providing advanced support and troubleshooting
- Continually seeking opportunities to increase end-user satisfaction
- Coordination with other discipline team leads and users to project requirements are met in a timely manner
- Promote use of Aveva E3D and Aveva Engineering and the value it brings to the projects within the organization.
