As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Lobby in Levittown PA this role is designed to provide reliable consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $23.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (Anchor Shifts): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. Its all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility income stability and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor lobby and reception areas greet visitors verify identification and/or appointments and document access activity in accordance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents visitor concerns and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner while communicating with staff guests and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Support access control functions by helping to monitor entry points issuing visitor credentials when required and reporting unusual activity or policy violations to the appropriate contact.
• Maintain a professional presence at the front desk while completing logs reports and other assigned administrative duties related to the locations security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement military and/or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
