Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Temporary Assignments

Job Type: Contract (Up to 26 Weeks)
Schedule: As Needed / Flexible Shifts
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for temporary assignments at state-operated long-term care facilities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide quality patient care while gaining diverse clinical experience in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient/resident care in accordance with care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing dressing and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the care team
- Support care plan implementation and participate in team collaboration
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state/federal regulations
- Maintain a safe clean and respectful care environment
Requirements
- Active CNA license (or eligibility; must obtain prior to start)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work temporary assignments and travel/relocate if needed
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Two professional references (from the last 3 years)
