As a ShowroomExperience Hostat Brilliant Earth you will play a key role in creating an elevated seamless experience for every guest who visits our showroom. Thisrole is ideal for someone who thrives in a hospitality-focused environment is detail-oriented and takes pride inmaintaininga polishedorganizedand welcoming closelyto supportour showroom leadership and sales consultants to ensure everycustomerexperiencereflectsour joyful luxury brand.

The ideal candidate will be able to work a part-time schedule that includes weekend days. This role is in-person based out of our San Antonio TX Showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Hospitality & Client Experience

• Assistwith in-showroom beverage service includingpreparingandservingcoffee waterand champagne as well as clearing and cleaning dishes and glasses.
• Proactively greet check-in andassistcustomerswith warmth enthusiasm and professionalismcreating a memorableandwelcoming environment.
• Assistwalk-in clients by matching them with an availablesales representative orscheduling a return visit.
• Support showroom events and special appointments including set up and clean up.
• Gracefully enforce policies within the showroom to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests and security of goods.

Visual Presentation& ShowroomOperations

• Maintain luxury showroom appearance cleanliness and organization includingcleaning display cases andproactivelyrestocking supplies and tools.
• Manage ordering andinventory of suppliesand toolsfor showroom presentation standards and hospitality processes.
• Upholdvisual merchandising guidelines including:
• Ensuringjewelry displays follow the approved planogram and are properly replenished.
• Executingnew product merchandising guidelines.
• Assistwith back-of-house tasks to support daily showroom operations including:
• Preparingand packagingcustomerproducts forpick-ups andorganizingproductsafter drop-offfor repairs or re-sizing.
• Maintainingan organized packaging area.

Bonus Points if you have:

• Experienceassistingcustomers or clients in a retail hospitality or restaurant environment.
• Experience with POS CRM or ERPsoftwareand Mac operating systems.
