Key Responsibilities
1. IT Security Operations Support
- Assist in user access management activities including access requests revocation tracking and documentation.
- Support privileged ID (PID) management and periodic access review exercises.
- Help maintain security logs trackers and evidence repositories for audit purposes.
2. Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC)
- Support preparation of audit evidence for internal and external audits (e.g. ITGC regulatory reviews).
- Assist in tracking audit findings action items and remediation status.
- Help maintain and update IT security policies standards and SOP documentation.
3. Cybersecurity & Awareness
- Support cybersecurity awareness initiatives newsletters posters and internal communications.
- Assist in coordination of cyber drills / tabletop exercises and postexercise documentation.
- Help compile basic security metrics and dashboards for reporting.
4. Documentation & Administration
- Maintain organised records for security exceptions access forms and approvals.
- Assist with meeting minutes trackers and status updates for IT Security & Governance meetings.
- Support adhoc administrative tasks related to IT security governance.
