Job Summary
Description
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Conduct cycle time studies line balancing and workflow analysis.
- Record and analyse production videos to develop Yamazumi Charts and Spaghetti Diagrams.
- Perform manufacturing data analysis (Pareto STARTSTOP data) to identify efficiency opportunities.
- Support Kaizen ergonomics assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document findings in structured reports and presentations for the engineering team.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Enrollment in a Bachelors program in Mechanical Manufacturing Industrial or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and production systems.
- Ability to collect organise and analyse data using Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with cycle time analysis process flow and workstation efficiency.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to document and present findings clearly.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Hands-on exposure to Lean Manufacturing tools such as Yamazumi Charts Pareto analysis and Spaghetti Diagrams.
- Knowledge of ergonomics principles and workplace motion analysis.
- Experience in continuous improvement projects or Kaizen activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) for technical reporting and visual analysis.
