Responsibilities

Design implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for application deployment
Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and performance
Ensure security best practices are followed in deployment processes
Document processes and maintain configuration management
Provide support and guidance for system upgrades and migrations
Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role in the staffing/recruiting industry
Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI etc.)
Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash Python etc.)
Experience with cloud services (AWS Azure GCP)
Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes)
Solid understanding of networking and system architecture
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
