What to expect
As a Programme Manager you will operate as a senior member of our Transformation team youll lead complex crossfunctional change activity by leading and delivering initiatives overseeing programmes of work end to end.
Youll oversee endtoend programme delivery across multiple initiatives including the transition of our directly managed branches to our franchise and scaled partners overseeing the roll out and branch builds to ensure our partners have branches fit for purpose.
Through inclusive leadership and a focus on continuous improvement youll bring clarity drive momentum resolve risks early and ensure feedback from Postmasters and customers shapes how we deliver.

What youll need to succeed
Strong leadership and communication skills and experience in driving forward programme change.
Previous experience of working within retail and/or a franchise model.
Previous experience of working closely with third-parties.
Ability to deal with significant levels of business complexity
A business delivery focused outlook and strong all-round business acumen
Ability to deal with financial complexity
Experience in delivery of complex business focused change portfolio and programme management
Cost efficiency and income generation programmes
MSP qualified
