Were seeking a strategic results-driven Automotive General Manager to take the wheel and lead our dealership to the next level of this high-impact leadership role youll oversee all aspects of the dealershipfrom sales and service to finance and fixed operationswhile building a motivated team and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Location: 940 Wharncliffe Rd S London Ontario N6L 1K3
Hours: Varies - Monday to Saturday
Earning potential is based on your ability to sell effectively and run a profitable dealership. We provide you the tools and training required to excel in this position.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Follow the daily checklist for the department
- Oversee and manage all staff within the location
- Track and report sales performance oversee fixed operations and property management
- Ability to manage several customer needs at any given time
- Manage inventory levels based on seasonally demanding product lines
- Manage growth and profitability of the business
- Build relationships with customers
- Provide training for all forward positions
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and all other workplace regulations and policies
- Ability to manage and meet all government inspections within a permitted time period
- Other duties as required
What You Bring to the Table:
Applicants must have a desire and passion for the automotive industry with a strong management background!
- 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the industry
- Sales experience required
- Valid G Drivers License with a clean drivers abstract
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- Must be organized responsible able to abide by all relevant safety requirements.
- Positive Teamwork Attitude
- Strong computer & leadership skills
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
